his type of pump is used in process plants for transfer in stationary conditions of sweet, corrosive, highly inflammable fluids and liquefied gases with density not more than 1000 kg/m3 and temperature -60°C up to +250°C, viscosity not exceeding 30 x 10-6 m 2/c. The exposed pump components are fabricated from stainless steel. The pumps are intended for explosive production process with possible generation of explosive mixtures of gas and vapor with air and related to the explosive category of IIA, IIB and groups T1, T2, T3 and T4 in compliance with GOST P51330.5-99.
Rotation from the drive is provided by a magnetic clutch through a tight casing (titanium baffle). This design assures full tightness of the pump. Magnetic field is generated by two magnets located on inside and outside half-clutches. Wearproof bearings resistant to corrosive mediums made from steel and graphite are used for this type of pumps. Pump units are equipped with explosion-proof electric motors, magnetic and self-cleaning filters. Pump units are supplied on welded frames.
